It has come to our attention that Southwick FC have decided to start a Youth section and there are rumours circulating that the two clubs have merged.
This venture has nothing to do with Southwick Rangers FC. We are actively working hard in the background, updating, and modernising all our documentation and have recently launched our new website in addition to our new Facebook page (https://fb.me/SouthwickRangers) which will be used to highlight our community activity.
Preparation for when we can start training and playing matches again is well underway so we can hit the ground sprinting as soon as the restrictions are lifted. In addition, Registrations for existing players will be completed utilising our new website, making the process quick and easy.
Southwick Rangers are a registered charity, accredited with the FA Charter Standard Development Club Award, Nike Affiliated Partner Club and working towards becoming a FA Wildcat Centre. All our players are coached by FA Licenced Coaches, which are DBS Checked and hold a minimum of FA level 1 Coaching Certificate which includes Safeguarding Children & Basic 1st Aid in Sports Certifications.
The club is always looking towards new ideas to ensure that our members, managers, and coaches have a clear pathway to develop within the club. We already have two young coaches which are Level One Coaches from last years under 16’s and will be looking to expand on this moving forward.
We currently have 14 Squads (Boys & Girls) playing for the club, we offer great facilities, events, and opportunities. We are currently looking for players to join our New Girls squads (U13 - Year 7/8), and our Mini Reception Development Squad (U5) for the 2020 |21 season.
We are looking for people to volunteer to help with the running of the club in various areas, if this is of interest please contact us at email@example.com.
Please get in touch if you have something to offer in any area expertise. Many hands make light work and help move the club forward.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our clubs. Never forget that.
Finally, everyone please stay safe, and of course if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.
